Our Pinot noir grapes come from the Gap’s Crown Vineyard in the Sonoma Coast AVA. Situated a few miles in from the coast and influenced by the coastal fog and cool Pacific ocean air via the Petaluma Gap, the grapes are grown in the environment where Pinot noir thrives.

Winemakers Tasting Notes
Still in barrel. Clone 115 has lots of chocolate, bright red fruit, raspberries, and integrated oak flavors.
Clone 667 has flavors of dark blackberries and a dark dense color.
Together with the 777, we have a dynamic Pinot noir, with a the whole range of fruit flavors, some perfumy flowers, and well integrated oak. Should continue to integrate with its remaining time in barrel.

The core component of our Proprietary blend is Cabernet Sauvignon from the Beckstoffer Vineyards. This valley floor vineyard, located on the western side of the Valley, produces fruit with profound flavor, intensity and depth.

Dense, ripe dark fruit. First hit with the a mouthful of blackberries and cassis with some chocolately oak. Tannins develop on the palate. Lighter fruit comes through after the first punch of dark jammy fruit. Dark, dense color.
